I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. WHAT DO I DO?
If you made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact our customer support at merch@grox.gg immediately. Make sure to include your order number and provide the correct address. If you don't inform us before we ship your order, you will need to contact the courier directly to fix the address. It's important to note that we cannot be held responsible for delivering to the wrong address if we don't have the correct information in time.
If your package cannot be delivered because the address is incomplete, it will be returned to us. If this happens, please get in touch with us, and we will resend it to the correct address.
However, please keep in mind that there will be an additional charge for the new shipment. Please inform us if this occurs, so we can assist you and ensure that your order reaches you successfully.
